This website provides selected services and information to the constituency of Pima County. Neither Pima County, nor any agency, officer, or employee of Pima County warrants the accuracy, reliability or timeliness of any information published by this system. Any person or entity that relies on any information obtained from this system does so at his or her own risk.

This site provides information on tobacco control, including cessation and prevention topics. This site also provides information on services that are available to the citizens of the State of Arizona through its Tobacco Tax and Health Care Act, disbursed by the Arizona Department of Health Services' Tobacco Education and Prevention Program (TEPP).

Information Collecting
The only entity collecting information through this site is TEPP and Pima County Health Department's Tobacco-Free Ways(TFW).

Information Disclosure
Because we are committed to protecting your personal privacy, we will not disclose or sell your personal information to any third parties. You are also not required to submit any personal information to our website to receive any services.

Information Security
We maintain security standards and procedures regarding information to prevent loss or alteration of data. Any information you provide to us via e-mail is stored separately from the website and is restricted to employees who process and answer these inquiries as part of their assigned duties. Please note, we do not employ encryption technologies, unless otherwise stated.
